An update from Klaus as he prepares both his aircraft to set records in April:
I am working on the intake system of the 0-200.
First picture: The wave form in the 0-200 intake is weak and chaotic, indicating a lot of interference. Some waves are clipped.
The second picture is the wave form of the tuned intake on the 0-360. The narrow line above the B is the sound of the intake valve closing. That gives me position reference. I want the
0-200 manifold to resonate like the one of the 0-360. In the second picture the square pulses on the bottom are crank position reference pulses.
